Eric is an entrepreneur, community advocate, and candidate for California’s 4th Congressional District. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Yale University and previously worked as a partner at Dragoneer Investment Group. Eric and his wife later founded the Rachel and Eric Jones Foundation, which supports organizations and initiatives working to create a lasting impact throughout Northern California.

How AI Is Changing Business

Artificial intelligence is already changing how people communicate, operate businesses, and approach everyday challenges. During the episode, we discussed some of the opportunities created by AI and how business owners can begin using these tools to work more efficiently.

We also talked about the importance of keeping people at the center of new technology. AI can help businesses save time, improve customer service, and generate new ideas, but the most effective results still come from combining technology with real experience, creativity, and human connection.
